RC Gestión emerged in 2010 with the intention to facilitate the preparation of administrative, technical and economic documentation for international companies interested in bidding for public works in countries of The Eastern Europe. Based in Bucharest and multilingual staff, we prepare projects in Romania and neighboring countries of The Eastern Europe (Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Moldavia).

Our eligibility and technical team is in continuous contact with the documents coming from the major European bidders agencies (EIB, EBRD, World Bank, FEDER)

Within RC Gestión we elaborate the technical presentations and pre-bidding projects for the submission of the bids and also the final construction projects in the case of being awarded.
